    How we work

    Our advisory role sets us apart from most agencies in that we offer a bespoke service which we can tailor to suit any clients’ needs.  Giving measured and reasoned advice is part of our DNA.  We are here to support clients in trying to achieve their property goals rather than just trying to sell them property, even if doesn’t lead to any “real business” being done.

    “Time is money” is the common phrase and that has never been more relevant than in today’s business world.  Taking this into account a client has not got the experience and know-how to start their search and research.  We advise clients from the beginning of the process, assist them throughout the process and persist with our customer support long after the sale or purchase has been completed.

    Our international reach means we have property offerings over a number of different markets in a selection of different countries.  This enables us to give impartial advice over many levels.

    We do not simply “twist the arm” of our clients in an attempt to get them to transact on the sale or purchase of a property straight away in order to suit the agency rather than the customer.  We look to build long term relationships with clients based on trust and respect.

    We don’t just sell property, we support people in realising their property aspirations no matter how long it takes.

    We do this by starting the process with a personal meeting in order to understand the clients wants and needs better.  This initial meeting enables us to realise the timescales the client has in mind as well as getting to know the customer and is important in our quest to providing a personalised service.

    Building relationships is a key part of any client-salesperson service but never more so than in one of the more stressful and significant experiences in anyone’s lives.  Buying or selling property is often a “leap of faith” and having an experienced sales person on hand to assist you through every step of the process is one of the most important parts of the transaction.
