Arabian Ranches

This family friendly, villa only community was one of the city’s first neighbourhoods in the expansion of Dubai real estate in 2004.  When the project was completed in 2008 it became a favourite with expat residents after the UAE governments allowed them to purchase property in Dubai.

Located on the outskirts of the city 9km from Shiekh Zayed Road the community consists of 4000 villas arranged among 12 districts offering different sized properties designed in a Mediterranean and Arabic theme.

The houses range from smaller two and three bedroom townhouses in Palmera, Al Reem and Alma to medium sized villas in Al Mahra, Saheel and Savannah and on to larger villas in Hattan, Mirador La Coleccion and Alvorada.

Being a mature residential community, the development is completely landscaped offering a tranquil environment of parks, lakes and footpaths ideal for families who prefer the quieter side of Dubai but want to be close to the main road arteries in order to get around the city with ease.

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Umm Suqeim Street, Sheikh Zayed Road and Emirates Road give residents of Arabian Ranches quick routes to all of Dubai.

Arabian Ranches 1 benefits from its own community centre with 20 retail outlets, a mosque, medical centre and it’s own 18 hole golf course with clubhouse with large villas overlooking the fairways.

There are restaurants within the community as well as at the The Dubai Equestrian & Polo Club,  adjacent to Arabian Ranches 1 which also features stables and polo and show jumping events.

Arabian Ranches is split in two communities with Arabian Ranches 2 next door.  This more modern development is in the final stages of completion and boasts the same high level of landscaped gardens, community pools and a peaceful setting free of any noise.

The ‘Ranches Souk’ in Arabian Ranches 2 houses around 30 retail outlets over two floors and there is a Fitness First gym equipped with a large swimming pool and tennis courts.

Both Arabian Ranches 1 & 2 have easy access to JESS (Jumeirah English Speaking School) for Primary and Secondary education, which is based on-site in Arabian Ranches 1.  Kings School in Al Barsha, GEMS World Academy, the American School of Dubai and Raffles International School are all within easy reach of both communities.

Reem Community, Dubailand.

Reem is an Emaar project of 216 townhouses located further along the Al Qudra Road from Arabian Ranches 2.  This newly completed project consists of three and four bedroom townhouses measuring between 2202 sqft. and 2650 sqft.

Popular with young professionals and smaller families the properties offer a good quality of living and quiet streets for children to play in and community facilities including swimming pool, parks, a gym and tennis courts.
