Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is a large community of nearly 3,500 residential units spread over a 10km circumference in a prime location close to the centre of new Dubai. The project was launched by the master-developer Nakheel in 2004 and after some slow years of development has started gathering more pace since 2014.
